   a. Anyone can enroll in our affiliate program.
   b. Applicants must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
   c. We reserve the right to reject any application for any reason, including but not limited to, unsuitable content or inappropriate conduct.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities:
   a. Affiliates are responsible for promoting our products in a professional and ethical manner.
   b. Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to advertising and marketing.
   c. Affiliates are prohibited from using spam, unsolicited email, or any other form of unsolicited communication to promote our products.
   d. Affiliates must not misrepresent our product, make false claims, or engage in any deceptive practices.
   e. Affiliates are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account information.

3. Commission:
   a. Affiliates will receive a commission for each sale made through their unique affiliate link.
   b. Commission payments will be made on a weekly basis, subject to a minimum payment threshold of N5000 and Maximum N10,000 per week.
   c. The commission rate is 5% on every sale made on our website using your referral link. 
   c. We reserve the right to adjust commission rates, terminate the program, or modify the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

4. Promotion:
   a. Affiliates are free to promote our product using their unique affiliate link on their website, social media accounts, and other digital channels.
   b. Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on our brand terms or using our brand name in any PPC advertising campaigns.
   c. Affiliates must comply with all our branding guidelines and policies.
   d. Affiliates must not promote our product on websites or channels that contain illegal, discriminatory, or offensive content.

5. Termination:
   a. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time for any reason by giving written notice.
   b. We reserve the right to terminate an affiliate’s account for any reason, including but not limited to, breach of these terms and conditions or violation of any applicable law or regulation.

6. Limitation of Liability:
   a. We shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from or related to the affiliate program, including but not limited to, lost profits, consequential or punitive damages, or legal fees.
   b. We make no representations or warranties, express or implied, about the affiliate program, including but not limited to, the quality, reliability, or availability of our product.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:
   a. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where our company is located.
   b. Any dispute arising from or related to the affiliate program shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

By enrolling in our affiliate program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, please do not enroll in our affiliate program.
